Norway Tamil Film Festival -Tamilar Awards 2021. [02nd – 05th September]

NTFF Juries, Festival Director Mr. Vaseeharan Sivalingam, and NTFF Jury Chief Mrs.Gloriana Selvanathan(from Berlin, Germany) announced the WINNERS of Tamilar Awards 2021 for feature films Tamil Eelam | Diaspora, Short, Documentaries, Music Video and categories at the Stovner, Oslo City in Norway.
A glorious welcome to the diaspora and international filmmakers. We are proud to announce the nominees and the winners of the 12th NTFF 2021.
The popularity of the festival has stepped up tremendously and the filmmakers in both sectors are showing interest to win this prestigious Tamilar award. We are indeed delighted to see that.
Regarding the diaspora entries, we should acknowledge that their standard has rocketed and no one can deny that some of the productions have reached almost the international level. We really congratulate them on their efforts. We can guarantee to give a recognized platform in the international film world.
Although the diaspora film industry is not fully recognized after seeing some of the entries we received this year, we can assure them that they have a bright future in the coming years.
We congratulate not only the winners but also the participants in the competition this year. We really had quite a tough time in selecting the winners. we hope to see you all at the festival.
