Norway Tamil Filmfestival ønsker å invitere til en ettermiddag med tamilsk kortfilmvisning, spillefilm visning, musikk konsert og dans. Et arrangement som vil gi folk i Oslo og Jessheim et innblikk i den 4500 år gamle tamilske kulturen. Dette kan også inspirere til å synliggjøre andre kulturer. Norway Tamil Filmfestival (NTFF) er et frivillig initiativ og har som formål å synliggjøre tamilsk/internasjonal kulturer og de utfordringene tamiler og andre nasjoner står overfor i samfunnet i dag.
