Cheran began his career as an assistant to Director K. S. Ravikumar. He has won the National Award twice, one for Most Entertaining Film in 2004 (for Autograph) and the other for Vetri Kodi Kattu (which won Best Film of 2000 dealing with social issues). His movies best expresses the Tamil culture and revolves around family subject. They are characterized by casual acting down to simple every-day story and gives strong social messages to the society.
He earned the reputation of remaining a good film director capable of making quality films.
Cheran is also engaged writing scripts for two movies: Adutha Thalamurai and Autograph 2.
Vetrimaaran
He is a Tamil film director from Tamilnadu, India. He made his directorial debut Polladavan and got the Vijay Award for the best director. And his second movie was Aadukalam. Vetrimaran worked as an assistant director for Kadai Neram for SunTv by Balu Mahendra, featuring 52 short stories for 52 episodes. He did his graduation and post graduation in English Literature from Loyola college, Chennai and has been in this field since 1997.
Radha Mohan
Radha Mohan is a Tamil movie director from Chennai, Tamilnadu. He has directed three films for Prakash Raj's Duet films: Azhagiya Theeye, Mozhi and Abhiyum Naanum. His films have largely been clean family entertainers. Mozhi is his career's biggest hit. Radha Mohan has attempted thriller in Payanam and is quite satisfied with his product.
Prabu Solomon
Director Pirabu Solomon is a Tamil film director and movie maker. His first film, Kannodu Kaanbadellam, was released in 1999. He made films like ‘King’, ‘Kokki’ and ‘Lee’. He has rendered a touchy tale of romance in ‘Mynaa’
Director Vijay
Vijay, the Tamil film director has provided three victorious films in the recent past such as Kireedom, Poi Solla Porom as well as Madrassapattinam. Vijay has operated as a deputy and close assistant of the famed director, Priyadarshan, in Priyadarshan’s Malayalam and Hindi motion pictures.Vijay has become a successful director within a brief period and he is a person, with whom numerous Tamil actors and actresses desire to work. He is a relatively fresh director.
Director Seenu Ramasamy
Seenu Ramasamy is a Tamil movie director and film maker. His first movie was Koodal Nagar(2007). After three years break he is back with an emotional tale titled Then Merku Paruva Katru.
Music director G.V.Prakashkumar
Prakash is the nephew of noted Oscar Winning Music Director and sound engineer, A.R.Rahman
Prakash's introduction as a film composer was in the critically acclaimed Tamil film Veyil, directed by Vasantha Balan and produced by the director S.Shankar.
He first appeared as a vocalist on the soundtrack of director S. Shankar's Tamil film Gentleman, composed by his maternal uncle, A. R. Rahman. He has also contributed to some of Rahman's other projects. He had also worked with Harris Jayaraj and sang two songs inAnniyan and Unnale Unnale.
